What's inside

This collection covers all 34 CliftonStrengths themes across the four Gallup domains, designed for coaches working with clients who have completed a CliftonStrengths assessment and want to move beyond awareness into daily application. The collection contains 266 items. Each theme includes a micro lesson, blind spots, journal prompts, a five-day habit builder, and post-practice reflections.

The four domains:

Executing (9 themes) — How you make things happen. Achiever, Arranger, Belief, Consistency, Deliberative, Discipline, Focus, Responsibility, and Restorative.

Influencing (8 themes) — How you take charge and speak up. Activator, Command, Communication, Competition, Maximizer, Self-Assurance, Significance, and Woo.

Relationship Building (9 themes) — How you build and nurture connections. Adaptability, Connectedness, Developer, Empathy, Harmony, Includer, Individualization, Positivity, and Relator.

Strategic Thinking (8 themes) — How you absorb and analyse information. Analytical, Context, Futuristic, Ideation, Input, Intellection, Learner, and Strategic.

How to use this collection

As a structured programme, use the introduction and baseline assessment to identify focus areas, then work through the client's top 5–10 themes over six to ten weeks. Each theme provides a week's worth of content.

For individual clients, assign specific themes based on CliftonStrengths assessment results. Clients work through the micro lesson, reflect on blind spots, complete journal prompts between sessions, and practise the habit builder during the week.

In group programmes, use as a self-paced resource where participants explore their top themes independently, then bring reflections and habit builder experiences to group sessions for discussion.
