This collection provides the complete structure for running developmental group supervision and co-supervision triads — case presentation formats, peer feedback frameworks, and the facilitation skills that make group learning greater than the sum of its parts.
The programme covers six sections:
Setting Up the Group — Group size, composition, contracting, and creating the psychological safety that enables genuine vulnerability in front of peers.
Case Presentation Formats — Multiple structured formats for presenting coaching cases: from brief check-ins to deep-dive explorations, with clear guidance on when to use each.
Peer Feedback Skills — The specific skills of giving feedback in a group context: being honest without performing, building on others' observations, and managing the group dynamics that can make feedback feel unsafe.
Co-Supervision Triads — A specific format for three coaches working together: rotating presenter, reflector, and observer roles that develop different capabilities simultaneously.
Facilitation Skills — For whoever is leading: managing airtime, deepening exploration without taking over, handling emotional moments, and maintaining the developmental purpose.
Sustaining the Group — Maintaining energy and commitment over time, handling disruptions, reviewing and refreshing the format, and knowing when the group has run its course.
