Leadership Coaching

A focused collection to support leaders in developing clarity, responsibility, and better decision-making. Use these assets to challenge thinking and guide conversations that translate insight into real-world action.

What's inside

This collection covers six leadership dimensions with twelve focused topics, plus a baseline assessment, wrap-up, and ongoing tools. Every topic includes a micro lesson, blind spots, journal prompts, and a five-day habit builder with post-practice reflections.

The six dimensions, each containing two topics:

Leadership Style — Self-Awareness and Influence Without Authority. How you understand your own patterns and move people without relying on positional power.

Vision & Direction — Creating a Vision and Strategic Thinking. How you set a direction worth following and make the hard choices about what matters most.

Decision-Making — Problem-Solving and Risk & Judgement. How you diagnose the right problem and make good decisions under uncertainty.

Team Leadership — Building High-Performing Teams and Delegation & Empowerment. How you create the conditions for others to do their best work and let go to develop their capability.

Communication & Culture — Clarity & Directness and Setting the Emotional Tone. How you say what needs to be said and manage the energy you bring to the room.

Organisational Impact — Culture & Values and Leading Change. How you shape behaviour at scale and bring people through transitions.

How to use this collection

As a structured programme, work through the full collection over ten to fourteen weeks — one topic per week. The progression from self-awareness through to organisational impact builds naturally, with each dimension adding a layer to the client's leadership practice.

For targeted coaching, use individual dimensions or topics based on immediate needs. A newly promoted leader might start with Team Leadership and Delegation. A leader navigating a restructure might focus on Leading Change and Setting the Emotional Tone.

As session preparation, review the micro lesson and blind spots to sharpen coaching questions, and assign journal prompts as pre-work a few days before each session.
